Data deletion

This is a translation of the Polish original. If the versions differ, the Polish version prevails.

Applies to Sobtivo: Quit Smoking (developer: Krystian Sobolewski, Sobtivo) and other Sobtivo apps.

The app doesn't require an account. Everything you enter is stored only on your phone, so you can delete it yourself at any time.

1. Delete the data from your phone

Option A — clear the app's data:

  1. Open your phone's Settings.
  2. Go to Apps and find Sobtivo: Quit Smoking.
  3. Tap Storage (or “Storage & cache”).
  4. Tap Clear data and confirm.

Option B — uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes all data the app stored on the device. If Google backup is on, you can also delete the app's backup in your Google account settings.

Menu names may vary slightly depending on your phone's manufacturer.

2. Advertising data (Google AdMob)

We don't store data collected through ads — Google collects and stores it. You can:

  • reset or delete your advertising ID: phone Settings → Privacy → Ads,
  • change your consent to personalised ads: in the app settings, under the ad privacy option,
  • manage your data with Google: at myaccount.google.com.

3. Premium subscription

Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. To cancel, open Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Sobtivo → Cancel subscription.

4. Ask us to delete your data

When you correspond with us, we keep your email address and messages. To delete them:

  1. Email support@sobtivo.com with the subject “Data deletion”.
  2. Send it from the email address the request concerns.
  3. We'll confirm your request and delete the data within 30 days.

What we delete and what may be kept
